  • Light Vehicles: Speed limits range from 60 Km/h to 120 Km/h depending on the road type (urban or freeway). A 20 Km/h buffer exists in all Emirates except Abu Dhabi.
  • Heavy Vehicles: Speed limits are set between 60 Km/h and 80 Km/h, with specific lanes dedicated to trucks and lorries on freeways.
