“Hired a Huracan for 24 hours. As a brit trying to book a supercar experience, I wish I’d tried Royalty first. The whole experience was superb including the usually tricky part of insurance as a non UAE resident. The booking process was easy, the communications great. Pick up and drop off a breeze. “Originally I stopped in at another exotic car rental location but was getting the feeling i was being hit with tons of random fees.
I was in an uber back to my hotel and decided to give Royalty a call, I spoke with Andre and he gave me exactly what the number would be out the door. I showed up and with in 10 minutes I was off driving a Lambo . The team at royalty was truly amazing and I highly recommend . They even set up a helicopter flight for my wife and I which was pretty cool.

“I have rented twice with them and each time it goes well until when I return the rental and 1 week later I receive fines even though I did not exceed the limits I find it really fishy. And it happened twice. My friend rented a car from them too and she received like me fines when she left Dubai. This is not normal and fines are very expensive.”

“As just married we visited Dubai for part of our honeymoon. My husband is a big petrol head so I worked extra shifts to save up to hire him a Lamborghini. We hired this through renty.ae. We paid a deposit on credit card. We were told we would be refunded within 30 days. We weren’t I raised credit card dispute with my bank. The renty.ae then has lied saying we went over the agreed KM, we didn’t and have evidence.
I completely agree with the other review this company are crooks, they are dishonest and take advantage out of paying customers. The car wasn’t even running right it was misfiring they weren’t bothered and wanted us to pay extra to rent another vehicle. All i want is the deposit refunded, I will continue to raise this on social media and other platforms so that customers are not treated this way.”
